Starting in 2019, the Reporting control is no longer included in Essential Studio. If you're experiencing issues with the Syncfusion Reporting Platform, Report Viewer, Report Designer, or Report Writer, we recommend migrating to Bold Reports, our dedicated reporting platform.

Bold Reports offers a comprehensive suite of tools and features for all your reporting needs, and we will help you make a smooth transition from the discontinued control. Our support team at https://support.boldreports.com/ is here to assist you with any questions or difficulties you may encounter during the migration process.

We thank you for choosing Syncfusion and appreciate your understanding.

Grouping Tablix

Hi!
Attached, there is an rdlc file.
The file contains 3 Tablix: TablixMain, TablixCampaign, and TablixCustomer.
The TablixCustomer is inside the TablixCampaign. So when I drag the TablixCampaign, the TablixCustomer is moved along with the TablixCampaign. That's right.

I would like the TablixCampaign to be inside TablixMain, so that when I drag TablixMain the TablixCampaign would move along. In the attached file, when I drag TablixMain, the TablixCampaign does not move along. So the report grouping does not display correctly.

Could you modify the attached report so that when I drag TablixMain all the other Tablix (TablixCampaign and TablixCustomer) would move together with TablixMain?

Regards,
Junior

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion Components.

We have initially created a list “Tablix Main”, then we have inserted another list “Tablix Campaign” inside the “Tablix Main” and finally we have inserted a tablix “Tablix Customer” inside the list “Tablix Campaign”. We have modified your RDLC report based on this and it can be downloaded from the below location.

Regards,
Vinoth S.
