web data source show multiple entities in left pane of dashboard designer.

When using excel as a dashboard datasource you can have multiple sheets in the file and they will show as multiple tables on the left pane. I was wondering if we can some something similar using the web data source. I'd like to have the user paste in a URL and then have multiple entities show on the left pane available.

Yes. Our dashboard designer application will show all the available tables in a tree view structure for Web data source connection type as well. Please make sure that your URL or RESTful web service should provide the response in JSON format.  

 

For example the below URL contains multiple entities which returns the response in JSON format and work with our designer.
