More Sophisticated Angular 2 Grid Examples Please!

The examples provided by your samples on the Angular 2 Grid control are too basic as to be not very helpful in its full learning and usage. Is there possibly a way we can get more sophisticated examples of the use of an Angular 2 Grid control including code examples behind the toolbar items such as add, edit, delete update and cancel? Like how to use those buttons to update the data behind the grid with the use of a dialog editor template?

Thanks.

Hi James,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

We have already documented the Dialog Template editing and saving data to the server in the following Help Documents.

I was hoping to use your examples given above, however, the use of ej.DataManager will not fulfill my requirements. I need to inject a bearer token with every data request to the WebAPI endpoints for all service calls for security purposes. It would be nice to see better examples where the data is bound through CRUD operations using standard Observable service calls through Angular's service modules.

Furthermore, complete examples with code on both sides (client: Angular 4, server: WebAPI Controller) to see how the data maps together would be advantageous to the developer using your product.

Again, I ask, how can I learn how to implement my own functions behind the toolbar buttons on the Angular Grid component and through the Angular Dialog object with Syncfusion?

Hi Customer,

We could see you would like to perform editing action in the Grid externally with the Angular 2 modules. We have logged it as a Custom Sample requirement. So, we have created a new support incident under your Support account. Please visit the following link to track the incident.
