Inserting SVG Image in new PDFDocument

Hi,

Will there be any future support to insert SVG images directly in PDF Documents?

Right now it's a little bit strange to insert a raster graphics in a vector based document. So the images in a Syncfusion PDF always losing quality if you zoom in. Especially with exported graphs it is annoying.

So a direct SVG image in PDF insertion / draw function would be appreciated.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

 

Currently, we do not have support for converting/inserting SVG files to PDF in Xamarin platform. Already we have logged a feature request “Need to add support for manipulating SVG files in Xamarin”.  

 

Suggestion:  As a workaround, we can convert SVG to PDF by using web service in Xamarin forms. Please refer below KB link for converting HTML to PDF by using WebKit HTML converter in Xamarin Forms. Please modify the KB sample to convert SVG to PDF,
