Tooltip Doesn't Disappear

I've got an "Add" tool bar item in my grid. Whenever the cursor moves across it without stopping, it appears and then "lingers" until you hover back over the hover text (see attachment). If you stop over top the "Add" button, the tooltip behaves correctly and goes away when you move the cursor off the "Add" button. It's only when the cursor glides across the button that we have this issue.

If there isn't a fix or workaround for this, is there a way to just not show the tooltip at all?

We checked in our sample and we unable to reproduce the mentioned issue at our end. To find out the root cause of the issue, we need the following details. 

1. Code example of a Grid.  

2. Share the video demonstration of an issue.  

3. Essential Studio Version details. 

4. If possible, replicate the issue in the attached sample.
