How to renew a single row contents when it is resized?

There is a 'RefreshView()' or 'DataSource.Refresh()' methods which rebuilds all the rows of a list.How can I refresh contents of a particular cell on its size being changed, without refreshing an entire list?15.2.0.40

Thank you for using Syncfusion Products. 

 

We would like to let you know that when the RefreshView method is called, the entire list of items is rearranged. And if the content size of particular item is changed, then that item and below items which are visible in view gets rearranged. This is the actual behavior of SfListView. Because the extent of SfListView will not layout properly and which leads to some scrolling issue.
