13.3.0.7 fileformat standalone exe can't insall on windows server 2008 r2

Hi, we have a  new server needed install fileformat for our application.

but progressbar isn't moving.

always preparing to insall.

do i need some other application installed before install fileformat?

sql server 2008 r2, iis 7.5, .net framework 4.5.2 is  installed.

what i miss??

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue at our end. We are able to install the v13.3.0.7 Syncfusion File Formats setup successfully in the same machine configuration as your machine.

Could you please try the Windows Installer Clean up steps suggested in the following KB article link to resolve the reported issue?

If you still face the same issue, please follow the steps suggested in the following KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.

Q) do i need some other application installed before install fileformat?

A) No, it is not required to install any other Syncfusion setups before installing the File Formats setup.
