I'm a consultant, and two of my clients use Syncfusion products.  When I log in and view my account, I can only see the incidents for my first client.  How can I view and update incidents for another client?

I noticed a "Portal Name" dropdown in my profile, but changing it doesn't seem to have any effect on the portal that I view.
