Hi Mark,

Please find the response below.

We have analyzed the reported issue in our sample but we couldn’t able to reproduce the issue. We are suspected that the you might not be aware of toolbar touch behavior in Apple devices.
Please refer following touch behavior in safari browser,
When tap the toolbar item, it will hover item on first click and on the second tap it will clickable. It is the default behavior of mouse emulation for touch devices in safari browser.
According to this “If the user taps a nonclickable element, no events are generated. If the user taps a clickable element, events arrive in this order: mouseover, mousemove, mousedown, mouseup, and click.
The mouseout event occurs only if the user taps on another clickable item. Also, if the contents of the page changes on the mousemove event, no subsequent events in the sequence are sent. This behavior allows the user to tap in the new content.” Kindly refer to the below image.

In our toolbar control we have content changes for mouseover, so in the safari browser when toolbar is touched the first time, the changes for mouse over is displayed and further events are cancelled. Now when we touch the second time, since the changes for mouseover are visible already, no content changes occur and further mouse event like mousedown and mouseup are triggered, which is the actual behavior of a mouse click.
