Exception when used OpenAsync in phone

Hello!

When I tried use the following code in the phone(pc is okay), I received the exception

InnerException = {"Unable to load DLL 'clrcompression.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"}

Message = "The underlying compression routine could not be loaded correctly."
