When you mouse-down on the treegrid and drag, the contents of the grid scroll. Is there any way to stop this happening?

I have seen similar questions asking the same thing, for example https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/117230/disable-dragging-scroll-of-grid-contents-but-keep-scroll-bars-enabled
But these are for other controls and don't seem to work for the treegrid.

Thanks very much

Hi Travis,
In TreeGrid, we don’t have any API support to stop scrolling action. But, we are planned to change the behavior of scrolling and Row Drag & drop on mouse interaction and there will be no changes on touch interaction.
Our new proposed behavior is to disable the treegrid content to scroll on mouse interaction. This is going to be default behavior. Hence don’t require any API to stop the scroll action.
The behavior changes will be included in our upcoming Volume 2 main release which will be available at the end of April 2017.
Please let us know if you require further assistance on this.
