The current version of the control has the 0 and 360 degrees points situated at the 'three o'clock' position.

Is it possible to change this to some arbitrary position (say six o'clock)?

Changing the 'Start' and 'End' angles does not achieve the desired effect and I cannot find an accessible property which allows me to move the position of the 0/360 degree point.
