Dashboard could not viewed due to an error...

Dear I am trying to test the DS Platform with the samples included, all the system work nice like localhost or IP LAN, but is not posible show de DS throught public website because clicking any dashboard this appear "loading.." and only show the error detailed bottom, please if you can tell me how fix this, i review the firewalls, AV, the string is correct because local is working...

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.    
    
If you are hosting dashboard server as public website, then you must configure settings in the IIS as well as in the Syncfusion Dashboard Server.    
    
Also, could you please check whether have you updated the public website URL in Syncfusion Dashboard Server as described in the below steps,     
    
1.       Start Syncfusion Dashboard.  
2.       Navigate to Settings page.  
3.       Enter the public website IP / URL in the “Site URL” field.     
4.       Save the settings.     
    
Ensure whether all the configuration has been done as mentioned in the documentation link below,
