Highlight, Underline & StrikeThrough annotations not working when changing default language

Hi,

When using  the PDfViewer in my UWP app it seems that the Highlight, Underline & StrikeThrough annotation functions aren't working when I change the Default language to, in my case "nl-NL" in the Package.appxmanifest.

I have a workaround but that needs extra code. Is there some other setting needed to get this working again?
