How to change the actual inline information method?

Hi!

Following the Appearance and Styling tutorial on calendar I don't understand how can I change the start time and end time for another text. I tried to watch the default code but it just says /* compiled code */. Maybe if you can show me the code of how you fill the inline layout it would help me a lot. I'll be waiting for your answer! Thanks!
