Ribbon File Menu Appears Upon Resize

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with Ribbon while resizing the page.

Please see attached screenshots that contain 3 states of the same page e.g. (full page size, then resized to medium and finally resized to minimum).

There are two issues:

1.  one is that an empy file menu appears when page is resized half the way.
   
2. second is that the minimized Tab shows half of the toolbar when resized to minimum width (mobile width).
