sort controls in header

I was wondering if it was possible to put sort controls in the header for an indeterminate state? Something where if not sorted by it would be up and down stacked on top of each other.

And when sorting another column it would reset any other sorted column to the indeterminate state. I'd like it to be there on grid load.
