Having monday as first day of week

Hello,

we would like to have monday as a first day of week, however there is an issue with months where Monday is second day of month - as you can see the first day is missing 

And I also have same problem as with Xamarin.IOS with month name - https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/127759/month-names-should-be-in-nominative-form

Are there any ways to fix this?
