The scale looks like 1001102104..... Is there a way to fix it ?!

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 
 
As per MSExcel behavior, the axis value depends on the major and minor units. So, we request you to set the major unit as mentioned below. 
 
Code Example : 
worksheet.Charts[0].PrimaryValueAxis.MajorUnit = 20.0; 
 
We have prepared the sample for the same which can be downloaded from the following location.
