How to customize group text?

when I do grouping as default, text appears as 

Columnname + value +  item count 

is it possible to amend this? I want to have only value to be displayed? 

So if according to same from documentation here ,  I want to display groups like "Canada", "France", "Germany" without ShipCountry and x items, I am referring to the screenshot over there.
