moving line series by dragging a particular datapoints

user interaction like moving the line series buy dragging a datapoint from one position to another.
 like the same in this link but i want  in xamarin.forms using sfchart

the dragging line was out of control.. its not dragging and dropping were the mouse pointer points.can you please help for that??

And also if i just touch the chart its getting moving but it should not be like that..
