Zooming Toolbar buttons seems to misbehave

Hello,

I am working on chart reporting using the chart control and I run into a problem with zooming buttons in top right corner of the chart area. When user uses a touch pad on laptop which is very inaccurate then the buttons trigger the drag operation instead of click.
Described behavior can be seen for example here: http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/web/chart/zoomingandpanning also I have recorded the screen cast to illustrate the problem.

The second part of screen cast shows that the zoom in and zoom out buttons does not work correctly when the panning mode is enabled, or probably it is working but the redraw method is not called due to java script errors.
