We have checked your query, for our SfNumericTextBox we have provided the Header property support like MS TextBox which is included in our main release Volume 3 2016 and is available for download under the following link.
For SfNumericUpdown currently we do not have support to show the Header. We have considered this requirement “Need to Provide Header support for SfNumericUpdown” as feature and a support incident has been created under your account to track the status of this requirement. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates.
