Bind Grid Data to ViewModel

Hello Syncfusion Team,

Please guide on how to bind grid data to viewmodel. I have a form with other property bindings. I want to bind the dynamically added data to the view model also. Please suggest a way. A small demo will be highly beneficial.

Before proceed with your requirement confirm the following details, 

1. Are you render the grid inside the form element? 

2. On form submit, you want to bind the grid data to the view model.
