What's LayoutControl in Syncfusion.SampleLayout.dll?

In all your source code samples you've used the LayoutControl control present in Syncfusion.SampleLayout dll
I can't find any information about and it is missing from toolbox. It seems a component purpose built only for source code examples.
I'd like to know wath it is and if it is usable in my application for faster copy and paste portions of source code.

Thank you for using Syncfusion Products.

Currently, we are using layout control for internal purpose only to showcase our Dashboard samples. So we couldn’t provide this for the customer use.We are recommending you to not to use that control, because we may change the layout in feature.

We do not have a control like LayoutControl in WPF. Could you please update more details about your requirement and purpose of LayoutControl in your application? It will be help us to proceed further on this.
