Active/Deactive pan tool

i have a problem with PanTool. I can active it but i don't know deactivate it:

I try update method, with setModel and refresh diagram true...and nothing.

Please set an tool as singleSelect and multiSelect in the diagram’s client side API update method to achieve your requirement. please refer to the JSPlayground link below.
