2 questions regarding ChartZoomPanBehavior

Hi,

1. Is there a way to start and end the ChartZoomPanBehavior programmatically?
I'm using a ZoomingToolBar and I would like if the user could enable it programmatically and then all the features will be shown and work and when he disable it no zooming will occur.

2. Is there a way to place the ZoomingToolBar outside of the chart?

Currently we don’t have support to place the ZoomingToolBar outside of the chart area.
