Toolbar commands move the cursor in Microsoft Edge

After typing in a block of text, readjusting the cursor to a different position, and executing a toolbar command (e.g. bold, italics, underline), the cursor moves itself to a different position (usually it's previous location). I discovered this when trying to add a link, but it inserts itself in the wrong position.

Only occurs in Microsoft Edge. Chrome, Firefox, and IE all work normally

You can observe the same behavior in Microsoft Edge with the Syncfusion Demo RTE.
