Error swtiching Culture

We start the app as en-US but we quickly (in app.xaml.ca) switch it to 'fr' but for the numeric text box we do want to use en-US as the culture. but when we do we get a serious error

Here is an example of my problem. run the app and follow the instruction written on the screen.
