Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.
Currently we don’t have support to customize Schedule Appointment in Xamarin Forms. We have already considered this customization feature and logged a feature request regarding this in our database. This customization feature will be implemented in our upcoming volume 3, 2016 release. We appreciate your patience until then.

As per our previous update, the customization feature will be implemented in our upcoming volume 3, 2016 release which is expected to be available by end of September, 2016.
