Button is disable after create excel file

Hi
I use the code at the link below: Http://asp.syncfusion.com/demos/web/xlsio/defaultfunctionalities.aspx
Everything is fine, file downloads properly
But unfortunately button that starts the process of creating the file remains inactive
How to solve it?

We have tried with different possible scenarios and are unable to reproduce the issue from our side. We have checked this in the following browsers, 
 
·       Microsoft Edge 
·       Internet Explorer 
·       Google Chrome 
·       Opera 
·       Firefox
