Is it possible to remove "File" from Spreadsheet ribbon?

Greetings,

I'm trying to remove the "File" section from the spreadsheet ribbon. So far I successfully removed save, load and print operations from the file section, leaving only the "new" operation. Is there a programmatic way to remove it entirely? Worst case I can hide it with CSS I suppose.

Currently, we don’t have API’s for remove the “FILE” menu and its option in Spreadsheet.  However, we considered this “Customization of ribbon in Spreadsheet” as an improvement task and a support incident has been created under your account to track the status of this requirement.  Please log on to our support website to check for further updates.
