Sync with Active Directory

I have Windows 2012 R2 Active Directory, and tried to sync it with Syncfusion Report Server. Got the message that info me Active Directory Synchronization successful, but 0 user(s) synched.

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

Through Active Directory synchronization, we do not import the users and groups into the Syncfusion Report Server application.

1.       Import the users and groups from the “Active Directory” through the “Import from Active Directory” module.

2.       Through Active Directory synchronization, Syncfusion Report Server will synchronize the details of users and groups that are imported from Active Directory.

Active Directory synchronization configuration can be done before or after importing the users and groups from Active Directory. When scheduled it will get the current users those who are imported from Active Directory and will synchronize their details.
