Find and Replace functionality of DocIO helps to find a given text in the Word document and replace the same with the new text. Mail merge functionality of DocIO helps to replace the Word document contents with the data from the data source using the Merge fields.
If your requirement is to replace same text throughout the Word document then you can use Find and Replace functionality of DocIO. If your requirement is to replace document contents dynamically from the database then you can use Mail merge functionality of DocIO.
