Essential Predictive Analytics covered by community license? Where to download?

Hi, where may I find "Essential Predictive Analytics"? Isn't it  covered by the community license? I can't find an appropriate item on the Dashboard in the downloads section.

Did I oversee anything?

Yes, predictive analytics is available as part of community license. The console samples of predictive analytics have been shipped within our Essential Studio and you can find these samples from the following location.

Sample Location: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Syncfusion\EssentialStudio\%version%\Common\Analytics
