An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in Syncfusion.Tools.Wpf.dll

I use Prism with ribbon control and

I try this in my Shell

also I define region adapter in attach file you can see the error .

When adapter try to add new Items I get the error in attach file.

I found the error i add in ribbon tab button without ribbon bar
