Query: "I want to have zoomOnSelection to be true for certain layers of my map, but I don't want it enabled for others."
We are able to reproduce the reported issue and we have logged an issue report for this. The fix for this issue will be available in our Essential Studio volume 3 2015 service pack 2 release.
