Event trigger when clicking the navigation button/TabStrip

Can anyone tell me what event triggers when i clicked the left/ right button in a navigation button. Same goes when i click using the TabStrip.
Or can i use a method before the navigation button navigates to another content.

The SelectionChanging event of an TabNavigationControl will trigger when clicking the left and right button of a navigation button and also while the item was changed using TabStrip. The same has been demonstrated in our sample. Please download it from the following location:
