Steps to produce to Issue
1) click on tab button get focus on grid.
2) click on tab button again focus on add button
2) now click on tab button you will get focus on next button edit
3) now click shift + tab
4) you will get focus again on add button
5) Now again click on Shift + tab button we are not getting focus to upper menus.
