Good day,

Is there a way in which one could use the connection string that has been set up in the app.config file with the Report Designer?

We have created reports that connect to a remote MSSQL database and each time the report is opened, it requires a username and password.

We would like to set the reports up so that the user does not get prompted for a username and password and if the remote location for the database changes, to only have to set a connection string once (preferably in the App.config)

Regards
