I am using Visual Studio 2015 now, do I need to wait for the Lightswitch Extensibility Toolkit for Visual Studio 2015 before I can start using your Lightswitch extensions?

No, LightSwitch Extensibility Toolkit is not needed. We can use our Lightswitch HTML Extension in VS 2015.
