Bonjour a tous,

We are trying to install Essential Studio enterprise with no success.

       _Windows 8.1, x64
       _Successful zip file download and successful unzipping file
      _ Successful Execution with administrative privilege
      _Acceptance of the unlock product key
      _All platform were check to be installed
      _Regarding the GAC, Tools, etc. all was checked

Afterward, the  installer is launch and for many  hours, there is absolutely no installation progress.

For sake of clarity, fin attached a picture of the interface. It might be worthwhile knowing that the
window product changes but no signs of installation in the bar.

Hi Denis,

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

In order to check the reported installation issue at our end, could you please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool?. It would be much helpful for us to resolve the reported issue at the earliest.


Also could you please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and let us know whether reported issue has been resolved ?
