Experiencing Difficulties with < Interaction > DeleteUserHandle tool >

I am working as a developer in a tech firm in korea and  testing the Syncfusion API for the company. 

Currently I am facing difficulties with using < deleteUserhandle tool >

the example in the API doc in syncfusion doesn't work for me 

Can I have an example for the deleteUserHandling tool?  Thank you.
