SyncFusion installation fails

Hi;

I had the need to uninstall VS plus Syncfusion, now I've installed VS again, when I try to install syncfusionessentialstudiosetup.exe again It asks for the key given previously, I introduce the key and the installation begins, but It stays in the Installer Window with the message Status: "Preparing to install" and nothing happens.

Any help.

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

The installation issue might occur if some of the registry entries are not properly removed during the previous uninstallation. In order to resolve this issue, Could you please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link?

If you still face the same issue, could you please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool ? ? It would be much helpful for us to resolve the reported issue at the earliest.
