Version 13.1.0.21:

Run Local Examples from the Essential Studio Version.

Sample:  Flat Grid

When you change the content of the cell the old value are still displayed. When you save the data and edit again, the new value is displayed.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have already fixed this issue and issue has been included in the 13.1.0.26 version.  So, we suggest you to upgrade to the latest Essential studio version
