Error when setting ContainerMode to "TDI"...Help!

Afternoon All,
 
I'm new to syncfusion, so sorry if this is a dumb question.  But everytime I set ContainerMode to TDI thie following error is thrown.  If I switch it to MDI, everythign is fine.  Can anyone point out what I might be doing wrong?
