Adding Windows Form Controls Error

Hello I have a problem, when I try to add a new Syncfusion windows form control appears the error Attached. I'm using Microsoft visual Studio Comunity 2013.

What i should to fix it.

We would like to let you know that reported issue “issue while drag and drop Syncfusion control from Visual Studio toolbox” has occurred due to another version of ‘Syncfusion.Shared.Base.dll’ is referring in your project.

To resolve the reported issue, please remove the ‘Syncfusion.Shared.Base.dll’ referring in your project and then drag and drop the required Syncfusion Windows Forms controls.

Hello the problem persist, and if i remove Syncfusion.Shared.Base.dll, from the form won't load because another developer already added another controls.
