I can't see all my incidents in direct trac support


as the title, I can't see all my incidents in direct trac support. For example, one is the incident 134349.

Hi Stefano,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. 3 of your incidents were set to a "Customer open" status that we have added to our support workflow recently and it appears that these incidents aren't being displayed on the website. We will address this bug ASAP and I have marked those 3 incidents as Open for now and you should be able to seem them.
