Syncfusion grid is showing a empty window

Hi,

I have a dialog with Syncfusion's grid.  By doing copy then paste, then capture the dialog box with SnagIt, there will be an empty window sitting on the Syncfusion's grid (please see attachments

I hope you seen this issue before and can give some advises.

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

“An empty random box appearing while using Copy Paste” is a known issue. This issue has been resolved in the current version . So, please upgrade to the current version 12.4.0.24.
