Unable to insert table in a specific position

I'm using version 11.4400.0.26.

I need to add a table in a document at a specific location, but the only way i find to add it is using Section.Body.Add; i absolutely don't want to add a section just to add a Table.

In the model i have a tag like <ADDTABLEHERE> i what to be able to find this 'tag', remove it ad add a table in that place.
